Urbanisation U/S 507 of DMC Act

Urbanisation means "when any rural abadi/land declares urbanise, this village converts into urbanised area, and all the law and acts seize to apply on this area."

We can say that all the rules and provisions don't apply on the said area and land. And as per under section 81 of DLR Act 1954 when any farmer/owner of any agriculture land raises the illegal construction over the agriculture land, in this condition gram sabha files a suit of the ejectment against the said owner for vesting the land in the gram sabha. But when the said area declared urbanise at any time of ejectment proceedings. The proceedings dropes by the revenue assistant/SDM due to "Declaration" or notification u/s 507 of DMC Act and Hon'ble Delhi High Court time to time observed that "once an Village/Area declares urbanise PROVISIONS of Delhi Land Reforms/Delhi Land Revenue Act seize to apply." Judgment " WP No. 4143/2003, which is upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide SLP No. 16106.
