AIBE(All India Bar Exam) is an exam conducted twice a year by Bar Council Of India. This exam is compulsory for all students graduationg from 2009-2010 onwards. Once the law student clears this exam he/she can is intitled to practice law throughout India. Law Student can appear in this exam any number until he/she clears exam.
The syllabus of this examination has to be published at least three months before the examination. Syllabus Of 2019 Bar Exam is as follows:

- Evidence Act
- Alternative Dispute Redressal including Arbitration Act
- Family Law
- Public Interest Ligitation

- Professional Ethics & Cases of Professional Misconduct under BCI rules
- Company Law
- Environmental Law
- Cyber law
- Labour + Industrial Law
- Law of Tort, including Motor Vehicle Accidents and Consumer Protection Law
- Law Related to Taxation
- Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Prop Laws, Spl Contract N.I Ac
- Land Acquisition Act
- Intellectual Property Laws
The duration of AIBE Exam is 3 hours 30 minutes.
To clear AIBE Exam the candidate has to score atleast 40 marks out of 100.
AIBE Exam is conducted as Pen & Paper based test.
